The range

Our most popular Range is composed of three wine of sands:

the white (Blanc), which will successfully accompany your shells, fish and other seafoods,

the gray (Gris de Gris), our main product to which is devoted a specific page,

the red (Rouge), which will agreeably accompany your meats and cheeses of character.

These wines are declined in two traditional presentations of 50cl and 75cl. Both are also proposed in two other presentations as you will be able to see in the Illustrated Series (Série Déco).

Since the year 2011:our wines are 100 % organic.

The white

This white wine is very smooth, with a gilded robe.

The vines, from which it results, benefit from an exceptional microclimate, unique in France, sunny and moderated thanks to the marine breezes.

Service :
  • During appetizer: ideally served fresh or in "kir".
  • During the meal: shells, seafood, roasted fish.
  • Temperature of service: about 10°C.
Characteristics :
  • Color: yellow robe with pale golden reflections.
  • Nose: powerful with floral and citrus fruits aromas.
  • Mouth: attacks with a lot of volume, strong unctuousness, sharp finale.

Wine making :

Since 2012, wines are made according to organic charter with limiting inputs to keep up the natural qualities of the grapes.

  • Mechanical harvesting
  • Protection of grapes during transport to the winery
  • Receiving the grapes in a drainer stainless conquet to separate as soon as possible and limit oxidation juice.
  • Extraction of musts by pneumatic press with maceration in atmosphere (nitrogen) and controlled temperature.
  • Settling after cooling to 10 ° C.
  • Filtration of lees after maceration and reincorporation of the filtrate for fermentation.
  • Systematic addition of yeast to clear juice with selected yeasts.
  • Fermentation regulated between 14 and 18 ° C.
Breeding :
  • Ageing on lees with regular stirring.
  • Rapid extraction with CO2.
  • Tangential filtration.
  • Bottled and stored in the cellar at 14 ° C until shipment.

The gris de gris
Special wines sands of Camargue

Gris Gris, specialty IGP SAND Camargue, is distinguished by its light salmon color, apricot.

This fruity wine with aromas of white fruit (peach pear ...) goes perfectly with a salad enganettes with tapenade and all salads with fish. It is also very pleasant to drink.

The red

The red wine is characterized by its flexibility, an unexpected freshness, exceptional delicate aroma of body and finesse.

It will perfectly accompany red meat and emphasize the subtle taste of the best cheeses.

Service :
  • During the meal: grilled or in sauce, strong cheeses red meat.
  • Temperature: a 12 ° to 14 ° C after aging 15 to 18 ° C.

Wine making :
